Once we receive your materials, we will begin crafting your one-of-a-kind product. Since each item is handmade with care and attention to detail, please allow additional time for production.
2. Do I need to send my clothing or fabric before I place my order?
No, you can place your order first, and we will provide you with shipping instructions. Once your order is placed, we will ask you to mail your chosen clothing or fabric. After we receive your materials, we will begin the crafting process and notify you of any updates.
3. How long will it take to complete my custom order?
Since all our products are handmade, the completion time may vary depending on the complexity of your order and the materials we receive. Typically, custom items can take between 4 to 6 weeks to complete. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
4. What happens if I send in too much or too little fabric?
We’ll work with what you send! However, we recommend sending extra fabric or clothing to ensure we have enough for your custom piece. If we receive more than needed, we’ll return the remaining material. If there’s not enough, we may reach out to discuss possible options.
5. How do I package and send my materials to you?
When you're ready to send your clothing or fabric, please make sure it is clean and well-packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your materials reach us safely.
6. Can I make changes to my custom order once I've placed it?
If you need to make any changes to your custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests before the crafting process begins. Once we start creating your product, modifications may not be possible.
